Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Sermon Binder. By using the service you agree to them. If you are using Sermon Binder for a church, you confirm you have authority to do so.

The service

Sermon Binder lets churches organise sermon libraries, study notes, embeds, email updates, and optional YouTube uploads through Studio. Features may change as we improve the product. Early-access or beta features may be limited or invite-only.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in Settings. If you are the only admin of a church organisation, add another admin or remove the organisation’s need for your account before deleting.

Church content

Churches own the sermons, notes, images, and other content they upload. You must have the rights to upload and share that content, including scripture study notes and any media. Public embeds and email updates only show what your church chooses to publish or send.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to break security, or overload it
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
Do not use subscriber lists for spam or unrelated marketing
Respect Bible text licences when displaying passage text

Third-party services

Sign-in, hosting, email, Bible text, and YouTube features depend on third-party providers and their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those services.

Availability and disclaimer

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of content you fail to back up elsewhere.

Suspension

We may suspend or limit access if these terms are broken, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you mandatory rights in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top will change when we revise them.
